In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the show-cause notice dated 10.07.2024 (Annexure-J), issued by the competent authority. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner herein has submitted a detailed representation(Annexure-K), dated 12.07.2024, pursuant to the notice (Annexure-J), issued on 10.07.2024, and the same has not been considered by respondent No.3. 4. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation dated 12.07.2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
