The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “10.1) issue a writ of certiorari or a writ, any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order/impugned order dated 10.07.2023 so far as it relates to Blacklisting of the petitioner company and forfeiture of the amounts as the contract already stood terminated by efflux of time; 10.2) issue a writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ, order or direction do issue quashing the order of recovery issued against the petitioner as the same is without any adjudication by a competent authority as provided under the law as the same is de hors the terms and conditions mentioned under the contract/agreement. 10.3) Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.4) Any other appropriate writ, order, direction and relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed I.A.
