Mukhtar, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam and Mr. B. Chowdhury, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for Page No.# 2/3 grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Behali P.S. Case No.63/2025, registered under Section 109(1) of BNS,2023. 3. A coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 19.06.2026, granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant. In terms of the aforesaid direction, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has already appeared before the I.O. of the case and his statement has been recorded. 4. Mr. Parasar, learned Additional P.P., submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed on 25.06.2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 65/2026. 5. It is also submitted by Mr. Mukhtar, learned counsel for the accused applicant that summons in the instant case has been issued by the learned Trial Court and the same has been received by the accused applicant, whereby he has been directed to appear before the learned Trial Court on 14.08.2026. 6. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that the accused applicant may be protected till 14.08.2026 so that he can appear before the learned Trial Court on the said date. 7. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the learned Trial Court on 14.08.2026. Till such appearance, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused applicant vide order dated 19.06.2026 shall stand extended. JUDGE Page No.# 3/3 Comparing Assistant
