State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. 2. As per the directions given by this Court in the writ petition, respondents No.3 and 4 were directed to look into the complaints/communications and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Competent Authority has now passed an order. 4.
