This writ petition is filed challenging the order of removal/ discharge of petitioner from service vide order dated 23.08.2022. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted a representation before Respondent No. 2 ie., Chief General Manager, SECL, Baikunthpur, which is not considered and decided. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that against the order of removal/ discharge from service, petitioner is having remedy of appeal under the provisions of Clause 30 of the Standing Orders.
