Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 11.09.2025 of P/1 whereby respondent no. 2 denied acepting the application for joining of the petitioner at Swami Atmanand Shashkiya Utkrisht Angreji Madhyam Vidyalay Mainpur, District Gariyaband, and as a consequence, the Court may also be pleased to direct the respondents to let the petitioner join back and resume working at her post. 10.2 Alternatively the Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents concerned to decide the petitioner’s representation and to keep the order of P/1 in abeyance till the time they decide the said representation 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as an English Teacher at Swami Atmanand Shashkiya Utkrisht Angreji Madhyam Vidyalay Mainpur vide appointment letter dated 26.09.2023 and since then petitioner continuously worked on the post to the satisfaction of the Officer. Petitioner thereafter went on maternity leave after submitting the application and when she came back, her joining was not accepted. Petitioner being aggrieved, had submitted a representation before Collector cum President of Swami Atmanand Shashkiya Utkrist Agreji Madhyam Vidyalay Prabandhan Samiti, Gariyaband District Gariyaband, C.G. on 25.09.2025 which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within a specified time frame. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on pending representation, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into the merits of the case the writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner Annexure P-6 dated 25.09.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
