The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner, inter alia, seeking directions to Respondents for permitting him to vend peacefully at the vending site i.e., in front of Shop No. 22, Babu Market Chowk, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi and not cause any disturbances in their vending. 3. On 29th May, 2026, the Court had noted that the photographs of Petitioner’s vend have not been placed on record. Further, the Petitioner in W.P.(C) 7726/2026 was also claiming rights in respect of the same vending site. 4. It is also stated that the Petitioner has to be a movable vendor. 7. In view thereof, subject to the Petitioner adhering to the terms and conditions of the provisional CoV, he shall not be disturbed. 8. It shall be ensured that there is no conflict arising between the Petitioner herein and and Mr. Baba Deen who is the Petitioner in W.P.(C) 7726/2026 for the vending site, since they both have been issued separate provisional CoVs for the same site.
