Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 03.06.2026, issued by Financial Advisor & C.A.O, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that the amount of DA/IR arrear amounting to Rs.29,532/- has been disbursed to the petitioner. Since the respondents have issued the letter to the Branch Manager, Kangra Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd., Daroh, Distt. Kangra (HP), nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application. Learned counsel for the respondents ensures that in case the amount has not been credited into the account of the petitioner, the same shall be credited within two days from today. Accordingly, the application filed by the applicant/petitioner for revival of execution petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
