By filing the instant application u/s 5 of the Limitation Act, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 238 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment & award passed on 24.07.2022 by the learned Member, MACT No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 1539/2018. 3. The reasons for the delay have been set out in paragraphs 3 & 4 of the application. The Court has gone through the same and found that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for the delay of 238 days. 4. The learned counsel Mr. S P Sharma is present for the insurance company/respondent no. 1. 5. Accordingly, the delay of 238 days is condoned and this application is allowed. 6.
