The affidavit of service filed in Court today is kept with the record. 2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the show-cause notice issued by the respondent authorities dated February 23, 2026 on the allegation that after the issuance of the LOI, the petitioner failed to transfer the ownership as well as the PESO licence of the vehicle within four months from the date of receipt of the LOI. The petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a detailed reply to the authorities informing the authorities that the petitioner has already transferred the ownership of the vehicle on January 13, 2026 and the PESO licence on February 20, 2026. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the authorities have issue the show-cause notice and the petitioner has submitted the reply but the authorities have 2 not taken any decision after issuance of show-cause notice and if this Court will pass an appropriate order, the authority will take appropriate decision after considering the reply submitted by the petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court finds that the respondent authorities have issued the show-cause notice on the allegation that the petitioner has not transferred the ownership and the PESO licence within four months from the date of receipt of the LOI. On the other hand, the petitioner has shown the documents wherein it reveals that the registration and the PESO licence have already been transferred in January 13, 2026 and February 20, 2026 respectively. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider the reply submitted by the petitioner to the show-cause notice within three months from the date of receipt of this order. 6. WPA 8080 of 2026 is disposed of. 7. As the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of ‘Motion’ without calling any affidavit, the allegation made in the writ petition deemed to have been denied. 8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
