The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 274, 275, 292 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act, pending in the court of learned ACJM, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is no recovery of Mahuwa liquor from the possession of the petitioner and in identical situation the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos. 4454 of 2025, 4271 of 2025, 4666 of 2025 and 4979 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that on the secret information, it was found that the petitioner was also involved in preparation of liquor. 5. Considering that in identical situation the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforementioned A.B.As. and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the [ 2026:JHHC:14121] -2- petitioner and only on the suspicion the name of the petitioner has been made in the case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated:-11.05.2026 Amitesh/-
