Heard the parties. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he has filed an application for obtaining certified copies of Complaint Case No.2389/2019 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Palamau, Daltonganj, but the same has not been supplied to the petitioner for one or the other reasons. 3. In my opinion, for this, the petitioner should not have approached this Court by filing an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. He should have approached the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Palamau at Daltonganj on the administrative side, who could have dealt with the matter and could have redressed the grievance of the petitioner. 4. Thus, I direct the petitioner to immediately approach the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Palamau at Daltonganj, who will redress the grievance of the petitioner. 5.
