Court takes note of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners and the materials available on record and find that it is in the teeth of a judgment passed by this Court in Manager Life Insurance Corporation of India, Basti vs. Permanent Lok Adalat, Basti and others, 2021:AHC:151400 that requisite conciliation proceedings were not carried out, therefore, observations made in impugned order so far as conciliation proceedings are concerned, would not justify the object of conciliation proceedings. 3. In view of above, impugned order dated 07.01.2026 passed in P.L.A. Case No.35 of 2025 passed by Permanent Lok Adalat, Budaun is set-aside and matter is remanded to concern respondent to pass a fresh order within a period of 3 months after hearing both the parties. 4.
