He has filed this writ petition challenging order dated 28.11.2017, issued by Principal Secretary, Finance, Government of Uttarakhand. By the said order, it was provided that the excess payment, if made to Government servants, may be recovered from their salary. No order of recovery has been passed against the petitioner and petitioner retired long back in 2009. 4. Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that there is no cause of action available to the petitioner for which he could have filed this writ petition. He further submits that no legal injury has also been caused to the petitioner. 5. This Court do not find any reason to entertain the writ petition, which is without any cause of action. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
