After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of nature of grievance raised with regard to fixation of seniority of petitioner, regarding which petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No.5 on which no decision is taken till date, this writ petition may be disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent No.5 and in turn, respondent No.5 be directed to decide the same at the earliest within specified time. 2. Learned State Counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only praying for a direction to decide representation to be submitted by him, he is having no objection. 3. In view of above, the writ petition, at this stage, is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before respondent No.5 for redressal of his grievance raising all grounds as raised in this petition. If petitioner files representation before respondent No.5, same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
