The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 9.3.2026, whereby the recall application of the applicant for recalling the ex parte order dated 19.9.2024, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra in Misc. Case No. 2383 of 2023, has been rejected for want of prosecution. 3. However, the applicant has a remedy to move an application to recall the order dated 9.3.2026. 4. The present application, filed against the order dated 9.3.2026, is dismissed with an observation that the applicant may approach the concerned Family Court with an application that shall be decided in accordance with law.
