However, the petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching the Tribunal to challenge the termination, being the appropriate alternate remedy. 2. In this view of the matter, the petitioner would be required to approach the Tribunal to challenge the termination. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 3. As the petitioner was bonafide pursing the present proceeding, in the event of any issue of limitation, the petitioner is entitled to raise a plea as available under Section 14 of the Limitation Act. 4.
