By means of the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus against Airtel Telecom Company which is a private company. 3. No mandamus can be issued against such a private company. However, petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy available in law including the availability of forum of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. 4.
