Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2. It is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. WPS No. 1347 of 2020 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation for unpaid salary for the period from 31.3.2008 to 15.4.2008 and 17.8.2009 3 to 7.7.2011 before the competent authority of the respondents and the said authority may be directed to decide the same. 4. Prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the other side. 5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation raising all his grievances before the competent authority of the respondents within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the competent authority of the respondents shall decide the said representation within a further period of 7 weeks from the date of receipt of representation, in accordance with law.
