At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner stood retired after attaining age of superannuation on 30.04.2024, however, petitioner has not been paid entire retiral dues and only anticipatory pension is paid not the full pension. Petitioner has also submitted multiple representation, however, none of the representation of petitioner is considered and decided and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 1 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner on 21.10.2025 and 02.03.2026. 2. Ld. counsel for the respective respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, they are having no objection.
