By way of this application filed under Section 482 of the BNS, 2023, the applicants, namely, Baharul Islam and Nurnihar Parbin @ Nurnehar, who are apprehending arrest is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Patacharkuchi P.S. Case No. 54/2026, registered under Sections 118(2)/109/3(5) of the BNS.
3. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondents, submits that the charge-sheet in this case has already been laid vide Charge-Sheet No. 74/2026, dated 26.06.2026. He further submits from the records that the accused/applicant Nurnihar Parbin @ Nurnehar has not been charge-sheeted, and that the trial court has only taken cognizance against the accused/applicant, Baharul Islam, vide order dated 21.07.2026.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the present anticipatory bail application stands closed.
5. However, the applicant, Baharul Islam, is granted liberty to appear before the learned jurisdictional trial Court within a period of 10 (ten) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
6. In the event such an application is filed, the learned jurisdictional court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

7. Till the expiry of 10 (ten) days from the date of this order, or until the appearance of the applicant, Baharul Islam, before the learned jurisdictional trial Court, whichever is earlier, no coercive steps be taken against him.
8. The anticipatory bail application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
