Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is not similarly situated as that of the accused person who has been granted bail. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail on the same terms and conditions as Jamiul Hoque who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 507 of 2026. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed. 2 Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 749 of 2026 is allowed.
