ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“PRAYER Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to A) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent -Bengaluru Rural Railway police to act on the complaint dated 10-10-2022, vide Annexure-B registered as cr.no.158/2022 dated 10-10-2022 vide Annexure-A and consequently trace the petitioner's child-Mruthyunjay. B) Pass any other order as this Hon'ble court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the ends of justice and equity.”
2. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that now the investigation is transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department on 03.11.2025 and the CID is taking the investigation forward. Considering the fact that the case is handed over to the CID, the petitioner’s grievance is redressed. Hence, this Court is passing the following:
