By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant seeks incorporating the name “Zady Michelle @ Maureen” as an alias of the applicant, who is the petitioner in the connected writ petition. 3. It is submitted that though the name of the applicant is Maureen Chinemerem Vincent @ Moreen Chinemerem Vincent, but the applicant was prosecuted as Zady Michelle @ Maureen in the proceedings of PRC No.456/2024, arising out of Azara P.S. Case No.155/2023, where she convicted and sentenced on 04.04.2025, by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S)-1, Kamrup, Guwahati. Accordingly, the leanred counsel for the applicant has submitted that unless the name Zady Michelle @ Maureen is incorporated as an alias, the applicant may not be ultimately released by the concerned authorities. 4. The learned counsel representing respondent nos. 1 and 2 as well as the respondent no.3 have no objection to the prayer made. Accordingly, the Page No.# 4/4 interlocutory application stands allowed by permitting the incorporation of the name of Zady Michelle @ Maureen as an alias to the name of the applicant in the connected writ petition. 5.
