The petitioner had filed an application for registration of the political party on 17th February, 2025. This was followed by representations dated 5th June, 2025 and 9th March, 2026. 3. Counsel appears on behalf of respondent/ECI and has handed over communications dated 11th March, 2026 and 17th July, 2026 addressed to the District Election Officer (‘DEO’), District Begusarai, Bihar, whereby the ECI has directed the DEO to carry out the address verification of the petitioner party. 4.
