JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent to consider the Representations dated: 04.01.2025, 05.02.2025, 01.03.2025, 29.04.2025, 14.05.2025, 10.11.2025, 15.11.2025 vide at ANNEXURE-B, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 & B6 respectively and further direct the Respondent to pay the retirement benefits of the petitioner forthwith along with interest at the rate of 12% p.a from the date on which the said amount became due, till its payment to the petitioner in the interest of justice and equity. (ii) To pass any appropriate orders as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including the cost of this petition in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 04.01.2025, 05.02.2025, 01.03.2025, 29.04.2025, 14.05.2025, 10.11.2025 and 15.11.2025 at - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16527 WP No. 8059 of 2026 Annexures-B, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6 respectively, submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 04.01.2025, 05.02.2025, 01.03.2025, 29.04.2025, 14.05.2025, 10.11.2025 and 15.11.2025 at Annexures-B, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 and B6 respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
