The instant application has been filed under Order XLI Rule 5 read with Page No.# 3/3 Section 151 of the CPC, praying for stay of the operation of the judgment and award dated 11.06.2024 passed by the learned MACT No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, in MAC Case No. 2041/2020. 3. The learned counsel for the appellant who submits that they have received a notice regarding pay and recovery and, therefore,the impugned judgment and award is required to be stayed by this Court pending disposal of the main appeal. 4. In view of the fact that the appeal has already been admitted, this Court is of the view that the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 11.06.2024 is required to be stayed. Accordingly, the operation of the judgment and award dated 11.06.2024 passed in MAC Case No. 2041/2020 is hereby stayed/suspended till the disposal of the main appeal. 5. I.A. disposed of.
