This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting bail to the accused applicant in connection with Dwarbond Page No.# 2/2 P.S. Case No. 07/2026 (corresponding to G. R. Case No. 284/2026) registered under Section 69 of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. PP submits that charge sheet has already been filed in the instant case vide charge sheet No.12/2026 dated 24.04.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant contends that the accused applicant should be given liberty to approach the jurisdictional Trial Court. 5. Accordingly, the instant bail application is disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Trial Court within a period of 15 days from today, if so advised and till such appearance, the interim bail order dated 06.04.2026 granted by the coordinate bench of this Court shall stand extended.
