Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent No.1. 2. Sri. M.S.Devaraju, learned counsel is directed to accept notice for respondent No.2. 3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) ISSUE a writ of mandamus or any other order or direction directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 25.11.2025, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-K and pass orders to assign individual khata to each decree holder as per the civil court decree in O.S No.75/2014, copies of which are produced at Annexures-A to H respectively as also the order passed by the Executive Officer, Taluk panchayat, Bengaluru North Taluk a copy of which is produced at Annexure-J in the ends of justice. (b) GRANT such other order or direction as deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the offline application filed by the petitioner for issuance of Khata in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7821 WP No. 2368 of 2026 terms of the compromise decree passed in O.S.No.75/2014 at Annexures- A to H has not been considered and it is in that background the petitioner is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 5. An application for bifurcation of Khata and/or grant of individual Khata has to be made in terms of an online manner accompanied by necessary documents. In the present matter, an offline application having been made, a direction cannot be issued to the respondents to consider the said offline application. 6. Hence, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an online application accompanied by necessary documents and directing the respondents to consider the same within a period of 30 days of the filing of the said online application, the petition stands disposed of in accordance with the following due procedure.
