The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- AVANISH KUMAR PATHAK Digitally signed by AVANISH KUMAR PATHAK Date: 2026.04.02 15:10:39 +0530 2 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the Respondent authority to forthwith comply with the order dated 30/07/2025 passed by the First Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005, and to supply to the Petitioner the complete/correct copy of her evaluated answer sheet of the Civil Judge (Mains) Examination, 2022, including the missing first page containing her roll number, center details, signatures and marks awarded for each question; 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the Respondent authority to consider the Petitioner for appointment if, after proper evaluation, her marks exceed the cut-off for the 2022 Examination. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granted in favor of the petitioner safeguarding their interest. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner participated in Preliminary as well as Main examination followed by interview of Civil Judge (Entry Level) Examination, 2022 but she was allotted only 47.5 marks, which is less than her expectation, therefore, on account of the application filed by the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005, copy of answer sheet (Annexure P-5) page 1 to 39 was provided to her, but 1st page was not provided, therefore, she filed First Appeal before the Appellate Authority, in which, vide order 3 dated 30-7-2025 (Annexure P-7), the Appellate Authority passed order to provide clear and complete information to the petitioner. Thereafter, alleged first and second pages were provided to her. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submit, the petitioner has filed Second Appeal (Annexure P-11) before the State Information commission, Raipur for compliance of the order passed by the 1st Appellate Authority. Hence, he prays that this writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 2/Chhattisgarh State Information Commission, Raipur to decide her second appeal within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow above limited prayer. 4. On due consideration, without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner (as per learned counsel for respondent No. 2, number of Second Appeal is 4134/2025/Durg) expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
