Heard Mr. Kuldeep Dubey, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Ashok Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. K. Shashi, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the TGT result 2026 revised holding the petitioner result to be rejected of the subject Social Science by the respondent no.2. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to declare the result of the petitioner of TGT pursue in to the advertisement no.01/2022, TGT Published by U.P. Secondary Education Selection Service Board, Prayagraj, 23 Alenganj Prayagraj on the post of Social Science." 3. Mr. K. Shashi, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the controversy involved in the present petition has already been decided by co- ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ A No.14195 of 2026 (Garima Diwaker vs. State of U.P. And 2 Others), decided on 23.09.2026. Since these issues have been conclusively decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, there is no need for further interference or reconsideration in the present matter, and the petitioner's claims is, therefore, devoid of merit. Hence, no interference is called for. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. October 5, 2026 Rahul.
