Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 66(B)(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act and Section 41(3)(e) of Telecommunication Act, 2023 , pending in the court of I/C Special Judge Cyber Crime Jamtara.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the police conducted a raid in which altogether three persons were apprehended on spot and the mobile and other articles were seized from them. The petitioner was not apprehended from the place of occurrence. It is alleged that his Aadhar Card was found from there and except for this, there is no other material against the petitioner. No victim has been disclosed in the FIR or found during investigation to be defrauded by this Petitioner. The other co-accused, who have been apprehended on spot, have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
