Act, Police Station Shivli, District Kanpur Dehat" 4. Records show that even previously on 16.4.2026 there was no representation from the side of the appellant even in the revised call. Today again there is no representation on behalf of the appellant even in the revised call and hence the present appeal with the prayer for bail is dismissed in non prosecution. 5.
