In support of his contention he places reliance upon decision of this Court in case of Smt. Lila Bai Vs. State of Chhattisgarh in writ petition bearing WPS No. 1001 of 2005 and other connected matters decided on 04.01.2007. 3 / 4 He also places reliance upon the decision of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in writ petition bearing WPS No. 4266 of 2020 (Smt. Umthi Bai @ Khorbahrin Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) decided on 27.03.2025. 3. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has not submitted any representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance as raised in this writ petition and further submits that if petitioner submits a representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition, it will be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest. 4.
