2. This is an application under Section 482 praying for
Page No.# 2/2 granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in connection with Pathsala P.S. Case No. 40/2026 registered under Section 3 (6) /117 (2) /304(2) /109(1) /351 (3) of BNS.
3. Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. PP submits that charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide charge sheet No. 29/2026 dated 22.06.2026.
4. In view of the submission, the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant submits that the accused applicant should be granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court.
5. It is seen that vide order dated 10.06.2026, the accused applicant was granted interim pre-arrest by a coordinate bench of this Court.
6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts of the case, this anticipatory bail is disposed of with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional court within a period of 15 days, if so advised and till such appearance, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 10.06.2026 shall stand extended.
