Mazumder, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submitted that on account of certain formal Page No.# 2/2 defects, the Petitioners would not like to press the instant contempt application. He further submitted that the Petitioners may be granted the liberty to approach this Court in future after removing those formal defects. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant contempt application stands closed on withdrawal. 3. The Petitioners are granted the liberty to again approach this Court in the circumstance the judgment and order dated 17.02.2026 passed by the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) No.4346/2024 remains not complied with by the Respondents.
