On 08.07.2025, this co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed the following interim order; I.A.No.1/2025 is filed seeking dispensation of production of original / certified copy of Annexure-F. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the applications. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, production of original / certified copy of Annexure-F is dispensed with for a period of four weeks. Application stands disposed of. Heard. Mr. A. Chandrachud, learned counsel is directed to take notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2. Office to show the name in the cause list. Learned counsel for the petitioner to serve two sets of copy of the writ petition on the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Issue emergent notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4. Stay of Annexure-F dated 30.06.2025 in respect of petitioner and respondent No.4 herein, till next date of hearing. 3. In pursuance of the aforesaid interim order, the petitioner continues to work as Financial Advisor in the present place / post as a Financial Advisor of which, he took charge on 14.10.2024. It is a matter of record and an undisputed fact that the petitioner would attain superannuation on 31.05.2026. Under these - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22083 WP No. 19984 of 2025 circumstances, nothing further survives in the present petition except directing that the aforesaid order passed in the present petition would continue to remain in force and operate between the parties till 31.05.2026. 4.
