Also heard Mr. P. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant, Page No.# 2/2 apprehending his arrest in connection with a probable FIR to be lodged at Mukalmua Police Station. Mr. Chowdhury, learned counsel for the accused applicant, submits that the accused applicant is a victim of circumstances and he was introduced to one person who is allegedly involved in luring people by taking money on the promise of providing them with jobs. He submits that the police personnel have been visiting the residence of the accused applicant in connection with an enquiry, and, therefore, the instant application has been filed apprehending his arrest. I have gone through the contents of the application and I have also heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands dismissed.
