A perusal of the communication dated 20.06.2026 issued by the Executive Engineer, Indora 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Division, HP.PWD, Indora, reveals that the name of second wife of the petitioner Smt. Jawala Devi has been updated by the office of Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh. Further, the office of Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla has given a direction to the District Treasury Officer, Kangra vide letter dated 26.05.2026 regarding family pension in the event of death of the petitioner, the second wife Smt. Jawala Devi will be entitled for family pension @Rs.9000/- from the day, following the date of death of her husband till her death or re-marriage, whichever is earlier, subject to final outcome of the LPA filed by State Government. 3.
