Present bail application is filed by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.35 of 2026 under Section 3, 5, 11(1) of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no independent public witness; he has been falsely implicated. He further submitted that co-accused-Saddam has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2026 in the similar offence and applicant is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. 6. Learned State counsel opposed the bail application. 7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Faeem be released on bail on executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
