The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, who had preferred a complaint before the respondent no.1, Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh against the respondent no.3 a practicing Advocate.A response has also been filed by the Advocate, against which the petitioner has submitted his objection. Thereafter, the matter was transferred by respondent No.1 to respondent No. 2, i.e., the Bar Council of India, where it is presently pending. 2. Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a request to Respondent No. 2 to decide the said complaint of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order. 3.
