PP …...... 02 /11.05.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 317(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the IT Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is no material in the case-diary to implead this petitioner in the crime. Though there is an allegation that mobile has been recovered but nothing substantial has been found during investigation against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted and charge has also been framed. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional 2026:JHHC:14102 2 Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge (Cyber), Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) PS Case No. 26 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand. 6.
