Page No.# 3/3 incumbents as respondent Nos. 8 and 9: (District Commissioner, Baksa & Superintendent of Police (Border), Baksa). He has submitted that though the impugned opinion has been passed by the Foreigners Tribunal, Bajali, in which this Court had passed an order dated 27/07/2026 directing his appearance, he could learn on such appearance that the records have been transferred to the Office of the Superintendent of Police (Border), Baksa. Under those circumstances, the present application for impleadment has been made. Also heard Ms. A. Verma, the learned Standing Counsel, Home Department & NRC; Ms. M.M Kataky, learned CGC for the respondent No. 1, Shri. P. Sarma, learned Government Advocate for the respondent No. 6 and Shri. N. Kalita, learned Standing counsel, ECI for the respondent No. 2 who have not raise objection to the aforesaid prayer for impleadment.
