Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,order or direction directing the respondents to grant the benefit of the Second Higher Pay-scale to Late Dr. Rajendra Singh Bhadoriya Assistant Surgeon, Animal Hospital, Saharpur, Lohara, District Rajnandgaon, C.G. w.e.f. 01.04.2006 with all consequential benefits. 10.2 Direct the respondents to re-calculate and release all consequential arrears, including revision of pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner, within a time-bound period. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representation raising grievance as raised in this writ petition before Respondent No. 1 and therefore Respondent No. 1 be directed to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking direction to take decision on the pending representation, she is having no objection. If the representation of petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered in accordance with law, if already not decided. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties and further considering nature of grievance raised in this writ petition claiming second time pay scale, and further that, petitioner has already submitted representation for redressal of his grievance before Resp. No. 1, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 1 to take decision on the representation, Annexure P-1, of petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
