After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the instant petition is squarely covered by the Judgment dated 29th April, 2026, passed by this Court in WP(C) no. 710/202 case tilted “Inhabitants of village Pariswani vs. UT of JK and Ors.” and, accordingly, prays that the instant case be disposed of in the light of what has been held by this Court in the aforesaid Judgment. 02. 02. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Faheem Nisar, learned GA, waived notice on behalf of the respondents and is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition on the same lines provided the same is covered by the Judgment mentioned supra and if there is no legal impediment. 03. 03. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of at its threshold by directing the respondents to accord due consideration to the case of the petitioners and pass detailed consideration order strictly in tune with the Judgment passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 710/2024 which has assumed finality, within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this Order is served upon them. The order of consideration be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post. 04. 04. Disposed of in the aforesaid terms along with connected CM(S). 05.
