By  way  of present  application, a  prayer  has been   made   to   release   the   amount   of   Rs.   25,000/­, deposited by respondent No. 6, in the present case. In view of the no objection made by learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 6/non­applicant, the application under consideration is allowed and the amount of Rs. 25,000/­ along with up to date interest is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant.   The amount,   so  released,   shall  be   remitted   to  the  saving bank account of the applicant, particulars of which have been   mentioned   in   para   3   of   the   application.     The application is, thus, disposed of.
