Heard Mr. D. Dutta, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Ms. P. Sarma, the learned counsel representing the sole respondent.
2. This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 31.03.2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) No.2, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati in Title Suit No.117/2021.
3. It may be mentioned that on 22.07.2026, the T.S. No.117/2021 has already been disposed of. The judgment also been passed.
4. Therefore, at this stage, the petitioners are advised to prefer an appeal. With the aforesaid direction, the revision petition is disposed of.
