2/2 32-IA-5751-2026 (OS).DOC the deceased at the time of his death. It is for the limited purpose of incorporating this into the schedule of assets of the deceased as appended to the captioned Testamentary Petition that the present Interim Application has been filed.
4. Having heard learned counsel and having perused the Interim Application as also the correspondence which is appended to it, I find that the same would have to be allowed in the interest of justice as also for completeness of the grant already issued by this Court. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). However, I am not dispensing with re- verification.
