Also heard Ms. D. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, Health & Family Welfare Department and Shri M. Bhuyan, learned counsel representing PWD. By the present petition, the petitioner has expressed the grievance that an order dated 10.11.2025 passed by this Court in the earlier round of litigation, namely, WP(C)/6300/2025 has not been complied with. In the opinion of this Page No.# 3/3 Court, such grievance cannot be raised by way of a writ petition. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file appropriate application.
