Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early decision of S.T. No. 178 of 2025 (State Vs. Surendra Pal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 354 of 2019, under Sections- 307, 352 I.P.C., and Section 28, 36 Arms Act, Police Station- Baheri, District- Bareilly, pending before the learned Additional Session Judge Court No.1 Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has pending since 2025. The charges have been framed but no a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. The considerable time has already been lapsed but nothing has been done. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Amit Kumar Srivastava, Rakesh Kumar Gangwar, Zeeshan Ali Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
